Please be aware that the username required for logging in is case-sensitive so if you signed up with BigKahuna don't try to log in with bigkahuna. This isn't often a problem but when it is it's maddening as all the password retrieval's in the world aren't going to help (our password retrieval feature handily isn't case-sensitive).
Follow the steps below to change your password:
- Go to your home page.
- Log in if you aren't already.
- Click on "My Profile" link in user toolbox on the right hand side.
- Click on Change Password button
- Enter your old password in textbox. Enter your new password in next textbox and repeat for confirmation.
- Click "Update Password" button.
Your password will now be changed to the new password that you provided.
